I just wanted to share my experience working with Natasha to find my first home. I went through a few different realtors before I found Natasha and I couldn't have felt more comfortable with her! It was such a relief to know that she was looking at for me during the process! She would point out things I should see/know even if it meant that wasn't the house for me. She wasn't worried about anything other than finding the best home for me and my son. She was so sweet throughout the entire process and would even bring snacks for my son when we viewed houses. I bought my house almost two years ago and I couldn't be happier with the house or my realtors. Natasha and Juan were AMAZING! I knew what I wanted (and what I didn't want) in a house, and after looking for almost two months with a different realtor, and finding nothing, I had a very short time frame to find what I was looking for. From the moment I met Natasha she lined up showings on my schedule and showed me every listing I had on my list (and a bunch that she found for me). She was honest and straightforward and I have to give her props because she let me drag her around to 11 showings in one day. Turns out the very last house I viewed, after a whirlwind two weeks, wound up being my perfect house. From that moment on I never had to worry about anything. Natasha and Juan handled everything. Every part of the negotiation, checking up to make sure things were being completed before closing, calling to let me know when things were done, and a relatively painless closing process. I thought after I had the keys that was the end of it, but Juan and Natasha make a point of checking in to see how I'm doing and are unfailingly kind and thoughtful. I got a new puppy shortly after moving into my new house and came home to a new puppy care package compliments of my amazing realtors.
